My uncle lived in Costa Rica for a year & moved back here about a year 1/2 ago. He said any kinda Net connection there was an absolute nightmare. They're very behind the times there. He did his biz on the Net too. It may have changed since, but I highly doubt it changed drastically....
In Copsta Rica costs of things is almost the sam as the US. A littlew cheaper, but not much. Absolutely fucking beautiful there tho! I seriously considered moving there myself.
