Legalized porn and illegal prostitution is like legalized weed but illegal to smoke! I don't see the problem with his site. Is it the message bases? Is the webmaster responsible for all the messages on his message base? I have about 200 Yahoo groups for my escort site. I don't know whether I should close them or leave them up. Should they be moderated or unmoderated?
I have spoken with 2 attorneys about this. But the only advise both had to give me was to delete my site!
