Just heard it on the news. CitiGroup shipped tapes of 4 million customers to Experian via UPS. These tapes had all your personal info on them (SSN, payment history, address, etc.) and UPS lost them in shipment. Somewhere out there someone has a few boxes and if they fall into the wrong hands could screw up a lot of peoples credit history. You'd think CitiGroup would use a more secure method of sending such sensitive documentation.
