I seem to have seen a free software program at one of the boards that helps people understand, setup and record their documentation.
It is Excel based, has a list of manditory data fields, and is pretty useful.
Built in image viewer as well to switch between reading the photo information and inputting the information into the database.
Now.. where did I see that??
Maybe do a search?
But you really do need to understand the reg.
I mean, if you drive, you want to know what a one way street is, right?
