This domain is one of the things that the Patriot act is set up to go after. Anything that is against the US government is against the patriot act, and under that act, they can hold you without charging you for years. All the have to do is say that you are a terrorist.

The thing with Bush that I am waiting to see, is what he plans on doing when this 4 years is up. But the Constitution, if he still has a declaration of war, he can stay in office. I dont think that it has ever been used, but it does exist, Unless I missed a day in class, and it has been removed.
