We placed an order recently for a rack and dedicated servers and somehow before we could even setup got listed in spamhaus.com. They pulled the plugged on us and stole our money with no abuse being done and no evidence. They promised the world to us. To make matters even worst they would not even give us our databack. NOw we are @ war. To anyone who wants to host there i suggest staying far away. We plan on doing chargebacks soon agaist this rookie company. Is it agaist the law to do this? What are our options, if anyone could advice please help. We sent them a number of email request and phone calls and now they are ignoring us. We wont stop until they are taken out of the game unless they simply give us our data.

If anyone has any information on this compnay please advise.
