http://www.aoamedia.com/videoconverter.htm which does all sorts of stuff (including taking pics from video). It can take pics every second etc - useful for promo tools. But, although i use it i hate the company. It crashes too and needs a v high processor to work. I contacted them numerous timesz and they dont particularly care (wankers).
