i've had a raq, then upgraded to a whitebox, and now i have one of the 10mbit boxes. even their cogent line is reliable.. i'm happy. i get what i pay for, so i'm not expecting top-notch of everything. like gallery says, their support is spotty, but if you know what you're doing on your own.. you can manage your own box without any hassles whatsoever.
the network is pretty fast too. and 10mbit for $400 a month.. i'd like to see someone beat that here
(of course the debate will be cogent bandwidth vs. your bandwidth.. but still.)
