Why would a sponsor bother giving them to affiliates and just do it inhouse and keep the profits for themselves (almost every sponsor does have an inhouse PPC manager these days).

Every paysite is different, of course you'll have general performing keywords, but you can have a keyword working with paysite A and not with paysite B in the same niche.
of course, we will never have the same keyword list, but a 10 000 lesbian keyword list in the webmaster area could be helpfull..
