i read an article in a major australian newspaper about people addicted to drinking water, 8 glass a day b/s etc. Apparently it can do more harm than good, especially if your relying on bottled spring water etc. Because your body is workin overtime with all the water your drinkin + pissing out it doesn't have time to take the chemicles you need out of it. So your sodium/magnesium etc levels drop and you put yourself in worse health than you were drinking lower amounts of water. I think the point they tried to make was find an amount of water that keeps you healthy and one where your not runnin to the bathroom every 30min to take a piss.
