Think of this not only in the context of the MJ case but also any case the media is interested in...
There is a
HUGE difference in someone like Jay Leno making jokes about a case and someone else making the newsrounds in an effort to influence jurors. I don't care what anyone says, unsequestered jurors watch TV, listen to the radio and read their daily paper. As much as they may try to abort anything they shouldn't see/hear, it is impossible to avoid it.
