What I am getting at is that I think the punishment you?re handing out doesn't fit the crime. GFY should be the last place you go to "hang" a company so publicly which, by your own admission, apologized for the mistake and attempted to make reparations.
You also failed to mention why Andreas thought you insulted him. That parts seems missing in your original post. It seems like it is a significant part of the complete story.

He thought I insulted him because he tried to say it was ONE human mistake and when I pointed out that it was dozens he tried to insult my intelligence and say he had no idea and that it was his employee, etc... So I flipped and told him bullshit this was not one fucking mistake this was flat out intended and thats how he has to do business.
