I have to agree. You're both too well respected for this to stick. I think most of us can understand how that mistake could have happened; it's highly unlikely it was some unscrupulous grab for your traffic. As I see it, he suggested terms to make-good on this and you turned them down, you in turn suggested terms to make good on this and he turned them down. Try again!
