Yep.
I just checked the machine I do my batching on, because I had 35 scenes I was cutting up last night.
Made it through the entire batch without any hassles.
I'm not sure where in the world they're located, but there was usually a 12 hour or so difference from when I submitted a request for support and when I got it.
If you've got issues, DEFINITELY get with they. They'll do whatever they can to get things straightened out...and make it worth your while
