You also have to take into account the lawyers and money...
Heres what a lawyer most likely told him about the first charge ( whether it was real or not )
You stand to lose upwards of 100 million if this goes to trial , regardless of your guilt or innocence and you will have your personal life exposed for everyone.. ( this also comes shortly after oj is aquitted )
