I couldnt find it on this one, I think its 5 yrs and or a $10,000 fine. I dont think you will definately go to jail but you could be hit with a painful fine. If your Canada I highly doubt the DOJ will be knocking on your door.

so i wonder if every pic you don't have documentation for is an 'offense'
they could stack them high.
