Buy lots of content and or shoot it
select the content for tours
build designs arond the custom work
Install sites into affiliate software
Add processors (Like it or no CC & epoch are easiest to handle)
Install CMS (sitedepth is good)
Render all video content to 3 bandwidths and 2 versions of (mpeg and win media)
Chop all vids
Install in CMS (or use mod to to do it for you)
Set update schedule
Make FHG's and promo materials and install (
Free Hosted Admin) is good!
Test all sites ;)
