well, if you saw the link i made earlier about the kid that crossed in from Canada (he was a US citizen, so don't get upset, O Canada, O Canada...), carrying a homemade sword, a hatchet, a knife, brass knuckles and a chain saw stained with what appeared to be blood. U.S. customs agents confiscated the weapons and fingerprinted Despres. Then they let him into the United States. Then a day latter they found what out what he had used the chainsaw for in Canada.
First, this happened back and April and is just coming out now and makes you wonder what it takes to actually be held by border agents. Finally, with all the money and civil liberties that went towards homeland security, why is dumb shit like this still happening.
