I've spent a few months total in Mexico and I've never gotten sick from any food or water.
I can't remember the name of this one place...hell, can't even remembr what city...but they are in the Guiness Book for having the fastest service.
The only serve one thing, this amazing beef soup/stew and they're serving you as you sit down.
Street tacos rule.
