We need interracial content ASAP... Video and Pictures

1. IT must CURRENTLY comply with the new regulations
2. We will require a sample of the ID to ensure that it meets the criteria for the DOJ and ourselves
3. If we find that any ID's are different than the sample or are not acceptible under the new regulations we will not accept the content so EVERYTHING must be acceptible
4. Must be able to use it for design and free hosted galleries as well as within our members' area.
