From working with both of these hosts and being friends with the Realitycheck crew I know that you can pretty much reach them anytime via IM / Email / Toll Free#....

Hosting compaines provide space to a customer to use as they see fit within the terms and coniditions of their serivce offerings. If a customer chooses to break that understanding without the hosts knowledge that is the customer's fault, not the hosts....

Both of these hosts have thousands of sites on their network, to know exactly what each and every one is doing 24-7 is impossible and I know for a fact that neither host needs money that badly to do this on purpose.

Pickup the phone, get on IM and talk to them BEFORE spewing to a board.
