a. it is one's own choice to work from home... could get an office. that applies to both your first points...
b. you never mentioned posting flyers accusing you of cp in your first post. That would be harrassment for sure, and could be found as libel in court, too.
picketing, announcing that you are a pornographer isn't harrassment imo.
