Beastality isnt illegal in the Netherlands.
If Sleazy Dream had CP on his site, and i am not impyling that he ever has had any or ever will. He would be in heat not because CP is immoral and some people disagree with it, but because its illegal. Just like beast content. Which is why the issue was brought up. But since he didnt review the beast related site, it gives SD an immunity
