Would I rat out a friend? No, let them prove I knew something.. but the opening lines in this AVN article, states: "Fortunately, no one on the set of an adult video production ever tokes up or snorts a line or two of any controlled substance ? or pops a non-prescribed Viagra ? before beginning his/her sex scene ? or before picking up a camera, setting lights, moving scenery, or calling "Action!" "

I say, "NOR should they on the set!" I don't judge anyone who partakes in libations on their own time. It's their life, their business, and as long as it doesn't directly affect me, who cares. BUT on our set, crew included, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy to drugs and alcohol, inclusively non-prescribed Viagra. First, models are signing releases as per 2257 requires. That is a legal document, and any signed contract under the influence of a controlled substance, and/or alcohol will hold very little weight as opposed to those which were singed by sober talent. Further, Producers, Cover your six, during your opening video taped testimonial ask if the talent is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, etc.. and/ or is in the possession of anything.. If so, ask them to leave. As for non-prescribed Viagra, we tell the talent, if you need enhancers take 'em on your own, outside of our presence. So within, "the Biz", this shouldn't affect most of us. Either way, the new proposal does suck.
