Come on.
He wasn't hosting it. He wasn't rev-sharing in it. We're talking about something that at a glance anyone would miss. Even on the target site which I looked at out of curiousity, it appears to be a small part of it. On top of all that we're talking about an ad which clearly violated his own rules on what was acceptable.
