I used to gamble a lot, and I made decent money when I did it by listening to professional handicappers and seeing where I stood at the end of the season. 53% and higher was considered winning (because of the vig), and for the most part, I came out ahead simply by looking at the big picture and not focusing on one game in particular.
I was ALWAYS skeptical of hearing someone shout LOCK because it was the attempted hook of a scamdicapper or the rationale of a compulsive gambler.

But at the end of the day, I stopped gambling because I found a guaranteed way to make money with nowhere near the amount of stress as gambling...SHOOTING PORN!
