I do find it ironic that Cappy is complaining about something he himself has participated in (by making several sites ... that all failed).
I believe the official Zen answer in this case is: Mu, unask the question (ie, you are asking the wrong question ... ie, instead of asking what is wrong with the BEA, maybe you should start on a more personal level).
