I am not trying to buy a list of e-mails. I am trying to get info on people who send out e-mails.
For example... I wanna pay someone to send out a mailer for me in their list. But I also wanna make sure that this list is double opt and wont be sent to some bs e-mails.
I am just looking into this, just trying to see whats out there.
