If one supports FSC and is listed as protected under an injunction they may gain. What happens when the injunction fails, expires or is over turned?? Now the government has a nice black list to go after. Is there a down side to being part of this is the question?
Even if if the the injunction is sustained, there still could exsist a black list for the justice department. Large programs like Choker's or Epic (also donated) are up on the radar anyway. I can't afford what the litigation would cost....
Also don't want to pay $60/domain (or more), have a few. Have problems with monies going to ASACP too. I may support their concepts, but up to me how much to donate.

If the injunction fails what does it matter anyway? I am almost totally 2257 complient. If I were singled out because I contributed to a trade organization that fought the regs I would think that would be grounds for dismal of any charges that I am not complient. I'm not a attorney but showing a jury that I was picked on because I actively opposed the new regs sure sounds like selective prosecution which is unlawful.
