I have been looking into this. Cuba has the best heath system in the world, there are more people in Cuba that are doctors than anywhere else in the world.

I have been told that if you go to Cuba you can do a PhD for free. Its starting to make more sense to me.

I look at the UK that's all fucked up, then I look at Cuba, where everybody is happy, and I am starting to think that Cuba has got it right.
