I owned sexx.com at the time, was registering a ton of domains back then. had my little script setup and was going for baseball.com and a few others, missed baseball.com by seconds
got a few including sexx.com Sat on the domain for a few months, never even turned it on. After a few months I decide to put it on 1 of our servers at the office, p233 or something (we had 2 t1 lines ) at the time. Turned it on one day and it was almost instantly overloading the box. I was like cool, traffic. Anyways after a month or something, get an email and then a call I think from Cohen saying he owned the trademark to sex.com and sex or something and he would sue if I didn't give it back, mentioned the "latham" act?? and had a lawyer in oregon. I said I aint giving shit to you.. Sold it a few months later. Trying to use a trademark on me with a stolen domain
