How would that be considered being a bitch? She may not be required under Canadian law to comply but failing to comply is her choice and that certainly does not make her a bitch.
My point is....A non-compliant declaration is the same as no declaration....OR in this case...A blatant non-compliant declaration is worse than not complying...IMHO. It's like saying...."Yeah, I know there is a law about this but I choose not to play by your rules."

Even before this 2257 drama began, some people wanted to in good faith provide a way to contact them regarding their records on models. All I'm saying is she could have said "fuck you all" and put nothing of the sorts at all. What place is it for you to run around telling people when they aren't compliant?

She's canadian. Doesn't matter right now. Also, under your same view of things on that, nobody should be sending traffic to your non compliant site as well, but they do. I see no custodian or records link anywhere on your site.
