Lens is our host and he came out in favor of .xxx. There is logic to it. I disagree with it though. Believe it violates the 1st and perhaps the 14th amendment to the US constitution.

It will be a mess beyond belief and spur more litigation. Lawyers get rich again. I suspect and hope that it will die on the vine, to much wrong with the concept at law and from a practical point of view. Will the ACLU issue an opinion soon. They haven't yet, unless I missed it.

I also was not aware of the connection between ASACP and ICANN (not good if true).

The problems would be many and were argued in Lensman's thread.

Baddog, you're on a drama roll! Yesterday Trey and now Choker.

Just in case, can anyone advise the cost of a trademark. Think the filing fee is $750??
