Most compliance software in the world prevents civil suits and is backed by insurance... this is one of the only criminal compliance deals out there.
So since they are going to ensure compliance for us.. will they go to jail on our behalf if their patent pending method doesnt keep us compliant?
Or will we have to pay a monthly fee for that service?
