Agree Gator!

One think ya gotta remember about content providers - many don't rely on the net for a living - they are better off working in other fields which most decent one's do anyway. Cheap net shoots are not their financial success stories when ad agencies pay em $10K upwards a day.

The other factor is... no reasonable photographer is gonna issue his model data to all and sundry - just ain't gonna happen even if there are data protection laws. Photographers have relationships with models (don't mean personal!) and they are not gonna screw that because of some foreign law.

This part of 2257 is not simply going to affect foreign shoots - can you see a model coming along to a shoot in Ohio to be told her home address needs to be distributed? They will run a mile! :-)
