The central question is that if I go out of business tomorrow, broke and unable to pay the monthly fees, or if your service quits tomorrow for whatever reason, will I still have the full records on hand that the law requires?
Because if not, this isn't a solution at all. The potential penalty for failing to keep the records for long enough, is simply too great to put that much faith in a remote third-party service.
