As a sponsor that shoots my own content can I host all the galleries and any promotional material my affiliates use and then be the only one responsible to have all my id's and paperwork in order?

I am not sure if this is a decent idea to keep from sending out all the id's and stuff if I just make sure I host anything from my own server that is promoting my sites.

Please let me know if this is a idea I should work on setting up or just another one of my dumb ideas....
