It's none of my business - however, if they won't remove the pics - make a complaint with one of the business agencies for bad business practices - kind of like 'False Advertising' or 'Bait & Switch' - I'm sure that there's a law against it in the 'real' world. I know I'm not getting the term right, but when you get a flyer and there is an ad and they get the product wrong or the price wrong, they have to publicize a retraction or a correction - well, even if they do advise the client that it won't be the same girl cuz 'she's already booked' - they could never possibly send the right girl cuz 'She' - Allie, Sunny, Kate...- they don't work for them/don't have a contract.

Ok I'm making it complicated I know - but it's certainly a way to get them to remove the pics.
