Well, that's just lovely.
We have been having cancellation problems with GKard. Customers emailing and saying that they cancelled through
https://www.ibillcs.com/ and even received email confirmation of their cancellation, but they continue to be charged.
When I log into CMI, there they are with an active membership and no sign of a cancellation. This isn't an isolated member or two trying to get refunds, and it's ONLY happening with Visa/GKard members.
I tried and tried to contact Ibill about this, to find out how GKard members can truly cancel their membership, but never received a response. Big surprise. I figured since I wasn't asking for money maybe they would actually answer, but nope. I finally gave up and removed the ibillcs.com link from the cancellation area and changed it to my email address, so I'll have to cancel them my own damn self from now on.
