How will the new 2257 laws affect FHG's?

My understanding is that the new 2257 laws pretty much mean the end of free content, but what about galleries that are hosted on the sponsors servers? Assuming of course that the sponsor has all their 2257 docs in order for their hosted galleries..

Will FHG's flourish, die out or is it business as usual?
