No, my neightbor got scared and went back in his gate when he saw them. That somehow translated to jumping over a fence in fear of his life. It's an overaction, plain and simple.
One of these three monsterous killers is a 9 month old puppy that's so submissive she's afraid of her own tail. Again, nobody was chased, nobody was hurt. The three dogs played a little in the cul de sac, and then someone brought them in. That's all that happened.
These are not vicious animals, they don't bite, growl at or chase people. I think you're confused, nobody was actually being menaced in any way.
