The other day, I was walking my dogs and two terrier sized dogs try to attack them, I was able to control my dogs and keep the terriers from getting killed, but the lady who owns these dogs was giving my dirty looks. Her dogs, not on leashes run off her property and start a fight with my dogs on their leashes and somehow this is my fault?

My point was in reference to your preventative action stance in earlier post. I am just saying that here downtown by English Bay, dog owners by the hundreds everyday put people in these extremely uncomfortable scenerios where they don't know if they need to take immediate preventative action against a running dog coming at their kids or them. This goes down almost every minute of every day along the seawall. I am sure 99.9% of time the dog wants to say hi, but...
