Ok so the cops shoot this 14 kid who stole a bulldozer and drove around fucking things up. 15 cop cars following a bulldozer. What a bunch of idiots. Send 2 cops and have them drive up next to him, jump up there and pull his little punk ass out. But it takes about 30 grown trained law enforcement officers and guns to stop 1 14 year old kid.
