in my town we had a homeless fellow that went by the name of "California Steve" or "Steve The Bum" he was supposedly in vietnam and when he came back he was all whacked out in the head, his mother who still lives in a nursing home in our town takes some care of him, you can tell because he does change clothes all the time and always seems to be pretty cleaned up, but he walks around with plastic bags on his sneakers and mumbles shit.. he's a crazy motherfucker i had some pics of him i have to dig them up he's definately a local legend our town is only about 1 sq. mile. So everyone knows him or of him.
