I called to let her know that you sent her cookies and she was very excited. I had to promise her that I'd fight the guys off here in the office and bring them straight home so that she could be the first one to plunder the selection.
Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and keeping her in your prayers. She is recovering wonderfully and I'm sure that "lots of cookies" were somewhere on the hospital's discharge summary!
