Basicly did they go through and pick all the stuff for you to buy that would convert? Do you need to go in and build campains and other stuff or do they do that for you?

Though I have not used sex.com so far (bad reputation concerning conversions) I guess it works like Overture ... the key is to find keywords that exactly match your content
Another thing is to have some kind of 'credit card needed' text in your description and so on...
I am in the ppc SE game for years now ... if you let a sales rep pick the keywords for you chances are high you will spend a lot of $$$ ;-)
