In October time last year I contracted twisted by designs to do some work for me. This was the deal.

$7000 Paid in advance

10 x paysites
100 x galleries (10 for each site)
100 x banners (10 for each site)
20 FPA (2 for each site)
20 HPA (2 for each site)

He started work on this job and we started having some problems with the guys that were providing the content for this job. Off the top of my head I think he got as far as 3 paysites being almost completed and a handful of galleries. I said to Kelly that he should stop work on the project till I get the content sorted out.

2 months later I got the content sorted out and asked him to continue. He basically refused with comments like ?I cant afford to? ?its like I am doing it for free now cause I already spent the money? etc etc

We had 2 or 3 months of this before I finally gave up to the fact that the scammer had ripped me off. I gave the job to my now in house designers (insaneadultcreations) who buy the way are the best designers I have ever used.

Twisted by designs do however make some good toons. A couple of weeks ago I needed 3 toons making so I thought to myself as I am not going to get the money back anyway id say to him ?make them and we will call it quits? Which I did. He made the toons for me but now started hasseling me for money, go figure.

He was asking me to pay him for the last toon he made. I never agreed to that. The deal was do the toons we are quits!! Which to be honest I think is a fucking nice thing for me to do anyway. There are people out there that wouldn?t be so kind as I am sure you all know.

I just really want to understand why this guy is such an ass anyone else help me out here?? He has had enough of my fucking money
