You are way too nice. Seriously, Fletch hasn't ever had issues of non-payment and I think maybe its because people realize he will make use of the boards. Or maybe its just luck, no clue.
1500 bucks is no chump change. Do you sell off designs you don't get paid for? Maybe try a huge blow out sale with half completed work something? If anything it would showcase the deadbeats who didn't come through.
