I wouldn't normally take shit like this to the boards , but I've had it with this idiot .
This is how the story starts ..
Last year Mark hits me up for design and he wants 10 sites .. so I give him a bulk rate of $7K ,
I told him I would have 1 site complete every three days , providing upfront payment and that all content and details we submitted by the start date .
Well a few weeks later I have 7 sites done , almost completely done except for the fact that the content was never sorted out , or even got it ready in the first place .. so a few weeks go on of me bugging mark to get the content and he's routing emails through other people and the shit never got to where it was supposed to be .. Now about a week after that , someone had a " heart attack"
and EVERYTHING was put on hold for months .... and months ... we had 7 sites ready to go but digibucks " lee " couldnt get the content together for the rest of the tours .. so it ended up that they got 7 sites ready to go less a bit of content on the join pages .
Mark askes me to shelf the designs and I did .
So last Xmas Mark hits me up wanting to go ahead on more designs for the " money he's owed " and I explain that you can't make a bulk order and just pop up every few months wanting more shit .. it just doesnt work that way cause its a pretty good way to get a bulk price and then fuck the designer out of more time etc etc ..
bulk rates are made to have a bulk amount of work in a certain time for a certain price .. .
Either way after some discussion me and mark come to the agreement that he can come sometime in the next year and I will give him a deal at reqular prices to complete the bulk order .
So now , last week mark hits me up and says " do these two toons

So anyway , I did his two toons .. and then I start on the third which he said he would pay $250 for ...... so I deliver it ..

So I ask mark for my payment this morning and I get this :
