I thought those tazers were for protection or self-defense, but I guess I was wrong. Yes that woman did the wrong thing when she didnīt listen, but was she a threat? Did she put a gun to his head? And the second time they chock her she tells him that she canīt get her arms behind her back, but he gives her another round. I wonder if he would do the same to someone in a wheelchair if that person didnīt get up when he asked him.
